Born on September 17, 1940 in Monrovia, California, Cisco Carlos (Francisco Manuel Carlos) played for the Chicago White Sox and Washington Senators over the course of his 4 year career. Carlos broke into the bigs on August 25, 1967 with the Chicago White Sox, and put up a 3.90 ERA in 122.1 innings pitched in 1968, his rookie year.
